Please write any conference presentations with names, presentation, dates etc. (not the cluster conference), plus any publications, assistance to schools outside the cluster etc.
10.2.5 Provide financial statements that detail all the expenditure of ICT PD contract funds against all cost centres (Janet to complete)
10.2.6 Complete the ‘end of project online survey’ (completed)
10.2.7 Evidence of how ICT has been utilized to improve student engagement and enhance achievement. Remember to keep your reporting focused on outcomes (the impact of things you did within your programme) rather than output (what you did).
This needs to be added to by each school.
10.2.8 Facilitators report in milestones/performance measures an outline of the programme covered, progress made and future focuses.
